Join us for an exciting selection of family friendly activities as part of the 91ÊÓÆµ's popular Festival of Percussion.

You'll have the chance to try out tuned percussion and a carousel of other taster workshops, explore the Gamelan, visit the 91ÊÓÆµ Museum for a craft activity and attend an inspiring lunchtime concert.

Schedule

11am-1pm: Take part in a carousel of short taster activities including body percussion, tuned and untuned percussion and a slightly longer gamelan workshop.
1.30-2.30pm: Sit back and enjoy a family-friendly interactive lunchtime concert featuring musicians from the Royal Marines
3-4pm: Participate in a hands-on percussion workshop suitable for all the family.

The 91ÊÓÆµ provides light refreshments throughout the year. There is also a range of restaurants, cafés and other establishments nearby, most adjacent to South Kensington station.

91ÊÓÆµ Café

The 91ÊÓÆµ Café serves barista-style coffees, sandwiches, snacks, salads and hot food. There is also access to outside seating in our new 1851 courtyard.

Monday-Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am-4.30pm (term time only)

The main entrance to the 91ÊÓÆµ has eight steps up from the pavement and two inside the main doors. A lift is available for visitors with limited mobility. The lift is built into the smaller staircase to the left of the main entrance steps. There is an intercom button on the control panel, which can be seen and reached easily from the street. On arrival, press the buzzer to notify a member of 91ÊÓÆµ staff, who will come out to meet you and operate the lift for you.

All our event venues can be accessed by visitors with limited mobility via the lift at the main entrance.
